Graduate Women Victoria welcomes Dr Nicole Shackleton to full membership of the association. Nicole has been a student member for several years; now with her PhD completed she has joined as a full member. We asked Nicole to tell us about herself; here is her response.
In 2023 I completed my PhD thesis examining gendered hate speech and the law in Australia. Since then, I have been working at RMIT University in the Graduate School of Business and Law as a full-time lecturer. Here I have been teaching technology, ethics and the law, company law and justice innovation, as well as continuing my research into gender, technology and the law.
